Day out with the Bs at HyperQuality

Last weekend (18th and 19th June), we got an opportunity to be part of the Rewards & Recognitions ceremony and celebrations at HyperQuality India Center, Gurgaon. Quite an exciting opportunity, considering that;
- it was the FIRST ODC (Out Door Catering) assignment for us!
- we were supposed to cater to ALL THE 3 MEALS for the day
- since it was a outsourced outfit, the day started with lunch (1200 hours) and went on till breakfast next morning (0600 hours)

The first few moments were anxious. Customers walking in during lunch time were expecting to see a more typical 'meal' spread... dal, chawal, roti, sabzi etc. A sandwich based spread was a bit unusual for them. But once they started, there was no stopping us!! A lot of people were coming back for more, appreciating the food a lot! We were asked seveal times for a Guest Comments book, so that they could leave their feedback for us. We got it by dinner time, and got raving and extremely encouraging feedback!! :)


The Bs at HyperQuality had a great time!! We had done up the place a bit, and even that was much appreciated! You can see more photos at our Facebook page.
