Day out with the Bs at HyperQuality

Last weekend (18th and 19th June), we got an opportunity to be part of the Rewards & Recognitions ceremony and celebrations at HyperQuality India Center, Gurgaon. Quite an exciting opportunity, considering that;
- it was the FIRST ODC (Out Door Catering) assignment for us!
- we were supposed to cater to ALL THE 3 MEALS for the day
- since it was a outsourced outfit, the day started with lunch (1200 hours) and went on till breakfast next morning (0600 hours)

The first few moments were anxious. Customers walking in during lunch time were expecting to see a more typical 'meal' spread... dal, chawal, roti, sabzi etc. A sandwich based spread was a bit unusual for them. But once they started, there was no stopping us!! A lot of people were coming back for more, appreciating the food a lot! We were asked seveal times for a Guest Comments book, so that they could leave their feedback for us. We got it by dinner time, and got raving and extremely encouraging feedback!! :)

We've been busy!!!

We really have!! It's been 2 months since we opened Nitro Cafe´, and its been a roller coaster ride!! We've been learning everyday... how to improve food consistency.. how to serve you better and faster.. what you like and what you don't... and you guys have been extremely encouraging!

We are now moving into our next growth phase;
- We're introducing exciting new items on the menu! New types of breads, more rolls, and an unbelievable range of eggless desserts!! :)
- We're opening more shops now!! Your response has been more than encouraging, giving us the confidence to move forward. You should soon be seeing more of our outlets in the Delhi NCR region!

We are extremely excited about this new phase, and will try to keep you updated with whatever is happening at our end. Keep watching this space. :)
